Coffee Crazy.

Today is National Coffee Day.
First, I did not even know this existed.
Second, I have celebrated hard today.
Pumpkin Spice coffee all around.
Three cups isn't an addiction- right?
Anyways, I am happy to know that there is a day that lets us addicts have an excuse
to drink more coffee.
Here are my favorite drink orders just depending on my mood:

-the regular-
nonfat mocha, no whip (iced or hot depending on weather)

-the fall obsession-
nonfat pumpkin spice latte, no whip (always hot)

-the vacation-
nonfat mocha, no whip, two pumps coconut

-the cheapo-
nonfat misto, 2 sugar in the raw packets

-the skinny-
soy skinny vanilla latte, no whip, iced

-love always-
nonfat mocha, two pumps raspberry, whip (hot)

What are your drink choices?

Case of the Mondays.

It's Monday and that means everyone around me is walking sleepily to class and sipping on several cups of coffee.
(I'm only on my first- pumpkin spice may I add)
It's a chilly day here in Jackson and I can't say I hate it.
I'm ready to pull out my boots and sweaters and cheetah print jeans... What?
I saw this idea on Pinterest.com and fell in love.
I've already printed out the notes I am going to put in my mine and am obsessed.
You all have to do this for someone you care about to know that they're on your mind.

So precious. Here's to a week of being crafty!

Now's that Time.

September is a month that is considered fall.
Well, here in Jackson, TN the weather can't make up its mind.
One day it's hot, one day it's cold, one day there's a monsoon.
It's all really changing here around J-Town.
I will say that most everyone I know is sick with something- including moi.
I seriously can't handle being and away from home.
It just stinks- especially with all my friends feeling yuck too.
I will show you my BFF while I'm sick (I swear by this stuff)
via google
But NOT the super orange flavor- yuck o.
Try acai berry.
Anywhos, I'm overwhelmed with being sick, having three tests and 0 sleep.
I've been studying hardcore and listening to 'Heaven' by Jake Owen.
Do yourself a favor and go listen to it.

Missoni for Target.

Today has finally come.
The much anticipated day of Missoni for Target.
It blew up Twitter.
It blew up Target.com.
Literally, Target.com was gone for this morning.
I was so anxious this morning to go to the Target here in Jackson, TN, but I had to attend class.
As SOON as I got out, I hopped in the car and off to Target I went.
It was about noon and the Jackson target was still loaded.
I used my self-control and only purchased 4 items but tried on half the collection.
Here are the four that won:
I needed a travel pillow- I legit traveled all over the universe this summer.
So why not a cute Missoni one?
The infamous sweater dress.
That baby sold out within five minutes on Target.com.
I needed some bobby pins that weren't so plain.
I love these.
These suede pumps were just too cute on.
I didn't think I would even want them from the picture shown, but they are perfect for fall.

Yet Another.

I purchased another fall color from the Essie collection the other day.
I am obsessed with this burnt sienna color.
Run, don't walk to get this color.
It's a staple for fall.

Changing Leaves.

I just returned to school from a great weekend at home.
It's always good to recharge with the family.
It's bittersweet to be back at college-- especially because of the pile of homework I'm staring at.
I think fall is officially here.
What with football season, tailgates, pumpkins and leaves changing colors....
Here's a list of my favorite things about fall
(which is a lot) I adore fall- my favorite season by far.
via google
September 6th was the release date for the anticipated Pumpkin Spice Latte at Starbucks.
I've already had two.
They are so delicious- fall in cup.
via google
Probably the worst cookie for you- but so delicious.
And somehow the orange filling just makes them that much better.
Huber's
A place to pick pumpkins, hay-ride, grab hot apple cider and go through the corn maze.
We go every year.

Football Season!
I love Kentucky football- especially going to the games.
Sadly, Lexington is quite far away from Jackson, TN.
I'll have to just watch from afar on the TV.
via google
I really enjoy Halloween.
Something about dressing up and running around for candy
(Okay, maybe that ended awhile ago for me)
But I do love haunted houses.
I usually go with the same group of people since 6th grade.
That is dedication.
Although, we are all at different colleges now- that makes it difficult!
via google
Love a good bonfire with friends (and marshmellows) gathered around.
These are just a few of my favorites.
The list could go on and on- literally.
Oh, not to mention fall clothes, unlike any other.
Have a fabulous night.

Just a Quick Note

Whoa, two posts in one day!
I found this yesterday and have decided to blow it up, frame it and put it in my dorm.
LOVE!

Mad, Mad Men

I finally caved and got Netflix.
Probably the worst best idea I've had in awhile.
By that I mean, I much rather watch Mad Men then do homework.
I am obsessed with Mad Men.
I can't believe I haven't seen it until now.
Thankfully, I can watch it courtesy of Netflix.
via Google
I would have to say one of my favorite characters is Betty.
She's beautiful but childish and somewhat annoying.
But her outfits- to die for.
via Google
She's a stunner.
But this show is amazing-- with it's costumes, love triangles, twists & turns and historical references
I am in love.

K-Cup Heaven.

For those of ya'll that know, Keurig has a ton of different varieties of K-Cups.
My favorite go-to coffee is Newman's Own Organic Extra Bold
via google
It is so good.
But recently, Dunkin Donuts has come out with K-Cups.
Yeah, that's right.
I hit up the stores as soon as I heard about this.
via google
I can't tell you how excited I was that this happened.
There's just something about DD coffee that is so good.
And if it's not flavored, I like to add some all-natural creamer.
via google
I've only seen these beauties at Walmart, but ya'll have to try them.
You can't imagine all the crap regular creamers have in them.
So.Much.Artificial.Nonsense.
Happy Drinking!

Back to Reality.

Oh my gracious, yet again I've been awful at keeping up with my blog.
This past week has been crazy.
I decided to go to WKU for those that read my last post.
I got there and knew it wasn't for me.
So, I applied to Union University in Jackson, TN and the Lord opened the doors completely.
I've never had anything fall into place as much as they did here.
So I packed up my car (with the help of some friends) and headed to Jackson from Bowling Green.
Ya'll, it may have been bad how much stuff I shoved in my car.
I thought if I went to fast my tires would just burst.
It was ridiculous.
But I arrived, unpacked and became next door neighbors to one of my very best friends.
I couldn't have asked for a better placement.
I already love it here.
I can't say enough good things about it.
